Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 4 to the 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, see estimated shipping times below.  Please allow for further delays during the holiday season.

***  PLEASE NOTE:  IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS OVERWEIGHT, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THE ADDITIONAL COST, WHICH MUST BE PAID BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR ORDER.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE ADDTIONAL COSTS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED.

Your order may need to pass through customs and be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jenny Penny Beach Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the buyer has received the item(s), if the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.  Please see our refund policy for more details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jennypennybeachboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
