Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, see estimated shipping times below.  Please allow for further delays during the holiday season.

***  Please note if your shipment is overweight we will notify you of the additional shipping cost, which must be paid before your order is shipped.  If you do not agree to the additional shipping costs your order will be fully refunded, minus any fees taken by third party providers.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jenny Penny Beach Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the buyer has received the item(s), if the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.  Please see our refund policy for more details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jennypennybeachboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution.

Refund Policies

We have a 14-day return policy with online purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jennypennybeachboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged in any way or if you received the wrong item.   Please email us as soon as possible at info@jennypennybeachboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a  solution. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
